Overview
Crush may use AI-assisted systems and automated signals to help operate the app. These systems support matching quality, photo and text review, safety checks, and reliability. They do not guarantee a match, chat, relationship, friendship, or outcome.
Matching Signals
AI-assisted or automated signals may help rank compatible candidates using profile details, prompts, polls, activity, photo-style signals, safety filters, and app quality signals.
- Missing AI signals do not block a Daily Drop.
- Eligibility, school, safety boundaries, compatibility, age and class cohort rules, blocks, reports, cooldowns, and active chat exclusions come first.
- Poll answers can lightly shape matching, but they do not override safety, compatibility, or profile quality.
Photo and Text Review
Photos and user-visible text may be reviewed with automated and human-assisted systems to detect policy violations, low-quality uploads, duplicates, unsafe content, spam, or abuse. Photo-style signals may be used privately as ranking inputs and are not used to create user-facing appearance explanations.
Protected Traits
Crush does not intentionally infer or score protected traits such as race, ethnicity, disability, religion, or body type for matching. If we identify a system behaving inconsistently with this policy, we may adjust, restrict, or remove that signal.
Human Review and Support
Reports, enforcement decisions, and support requests may be reviewed by authorized personnel. Users can contact hello@crushso.com about safety, account, or AI-related concerns.
Changes
We may update this disclosure as AI-assisted features or matching systems change. The updated date will reflect the latest version.
